Our Beneficiaries

Rainbow Bridge’s beneficiaries are organizations (charity homes or service NGO’s) that need some kind of assistance to support or sustain their activities. They are nominated by RB members; prior to acceptance, an audit is conducted by a member of the RB Exco to assess their needs. At the same time, the RB member who nominates also agrees to be the liaison between the nominated beneficiary and RB.

Below is a summary of RB’s beneficiaries that currently receive support from RB in the form of regular food supplies. Children’s homes from this list also are given health screening through home visits organized by our mobile healthcare teams.

Apart from these beneficiaries, RB also support other organisations and NGOs through our Gift of Sight project. Notable among the organisations that RB collaborates with include El Shaddai in Klang and Lautu learning centre in Kuala Lumpur for refugee children and Tara Foundation development centres for children currently in urban low-cost housing areas in the Klang Valley, but will later extend to other parts on Peninsular Malaysia.

Through our Gift of Sight project, which we intend to extend over three years, our beneficiaries will eventually be in various parts of Malaysia, including Sabah and Sarawak
